We had a terrible experience at this Baskin Robbins. We are usual customers and buy from the Oakville location. We asked for kids scoops and we were handed this one which was smaller than a kids one. We went back and asked the guy and he said that's company standards. It's not and we will never come back to this location. The person assisting us was very rude as well.
캐나다와서 처음먹은 아이스크림인데 현금 50달러를 주고 원스쿱콘1개와 투스쿱컵1개를사고 5달러받았어요 다시가서 영수증을 달라하니 찾는척하다 얼마줬냐물어보고 50줬다하니 그제서야 30을더주더군요 일부러그랬다고 생각하기도 싫을만큼 불량스러운일을 당했네요 덕분에 정신차리게되었어요
I ordered an ice cream cake for my bf’s birthday and originally scheduled the pickup for 4pm on Nov 6, but my plans suddenly changed and I asked if I could pick it up earlier. It was a very last-minute and difficult request, but the store staff and the cake designer were incredibly kind and accommodating. They managed to rush the order, and the cake still turned out beautiful and high quality. Really appreciate their help and amazing service!
I feel this location gives smaller portion than other locations. I thought I purchased kids size but it was regular size which cost like $8
