Poor customer service and lack of knowledge regarding the menu with a very bad attitude. Next time I will surely grab the name of the employee or picture. When the employees are in a bad mood, they take it out from your ice cream so pretty much getting smaller amounts too. I've been visiting for many years, but finally decided to review them.
i never get to try the ice cream because whenever i go to get a sample before purchasing, the employees look at me and run away to the back.
Best customer experience ever. Was so accommodating and patient when I was ordering ice cream. Will come again for sure 🫶
