The worst , wanted to treat myself for my Birthday! ordered a 3 scoop sundae thru drive thru. Asked for hot fudge and cherry. No cherry no hot fudge .l got charged for a sundae. Then the guy handed the bag to me after i paid and closed the window, walked away.I sat their a while waiting for my receipt . Never will i go to this location again
Disappointed on Valentines Day... What happened to BK? This used to be a place that I could count on and that my order would be exactly as I expected to be. Well not anymore. I ordered a 2 scoop Sundae with pralings and cream, strawberries, pineapple, nuts and whipped cream. Rude staff. Web site and door say one closing time but when we arrive well before that time the doors are locked. Out of chocolate chip and many other flavors on a regular basis. They do not answer their phone! How are you going to special order a cake?

Unwelcomed comment by sales associate regarding open utensils. I prefer to grab my own spoon with a napkin instead of the sales person using their bare hands to grab my spoon. Comment was "other people don't mind". My response was " I do mind." The spoons should be individually wrapped but they aren't, they're just sitting in a bucket by the register. It's not sanitary. They either should be individually wrapped or standing alone by the other condiment station.
