Very Rude and Unprofessional!
Very disappointed with this Baskin-Robbins location. I placed a delivery order for two ice cream cups and was charged for both, but only one was delivered. Not only was the order incorrect, but the staff was also rude and unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and a lack of accountability make the experience even worse. Save your money and order from somewhere else. This location needs to do a much better job with both order accuracy and customer service.
Wrong order and no on answers the phone. I give you and F and you lost me as a customer
The worst , wanted to treat myself for my Birthday! ordered a 3 scoop sundae thru drive thru. Asked for hot fudge and cherry. No cherry no hot fudge .l got charged for a sundae. Then the guy handed the bag to me after i paid and closed the window, walked away.I sat their a while waiting for my receipt . Never will i go to this location again
Disappointed on Valentines Day... What happened to BK? This used to be a place that I could count on and that my order would be exactly as I expected to be. Well not anymore. I ordered a 2 scoop Sundae with pralings and cream, strawberries, pineapple, nuts and whipped cream.
