My family and I stopped by this evening for an after dinner treat. The employees were extremely rude in that they did not greet any of the patrons upon their arrival. The staff members were extremely slow in fulfilling everyone's orders. We requested two milkshakes and a double scoop of butter pecan. Two of the three even stated that they had not been trained to make milkshakes. My husband and I come here about twice a week to the drive thru and order the same thing. I like pistachio almond in a waffle cone. That's all I ever order, but 9 times out if 10 they are out of waffle cones or don't have my flavor nor do they hardly ever have my husbands flavor. I have emailed the owner and got a sorry but still....twice more since the emails no waffle cones. I'm done bing disappointed by this place. staff is rude. no labels on the ice cream and the girl behind the counter acted like I was asking for a kidney when asking what flavors where what. all the icecream was empty too! I went up a few minutes later to by a drink for my kid and the other woman was more rude then the first.
Actually at Dunkin Donuts yesterday. Looong wait time at the drive thru, no explanation or apologies. Had to ask for a free coffee as compensation, still no apology from the cashier. She was not concerned or bothered that I was dissatisfied with the service. To add, my grand baby's munchkins were cold and stale tasting. A waste of time and money.
This was my daughter first time and the employee was patient and polite to my 3 year old as she had sample after sample before selecting a flavor. The guy also walked me thru the new app.
We live down the road in knightdale and often walk here during the summer time and come here prob 3 days a week for milkshakes. This was one of our favorite places. We walk in the door or go though the drive and they know our order right away just by the sound of our voice on the drive through speaker or by the smile on our face. The last few months they have all new employees and from what I understand a new owner. The place has gone completely down hill and and all the familiar faces are gone.
