Just had our carpets cleaned in time for Christmas! Called on Tuesday afternoon and they were here Wednesday morning. Did an amazing job! My kids left some slime in the carpet that had dried. They got it right out, were kind and quick! Thank you

Just finished cleaning the lint out of our dryer after talking to the guys at Basin Appliance. The lint in the box is just from the lint trap in the door! Everyone was so helpful as we made decisions on purchasing a new washer and now, hopefully my dryer will last a little longer too!
My washer stopped working. They had someone out to fix it that same day. They were great to work with on our new flooring as well.
Their new carpet cleaning service is awesome. Aaron and Randall were quick, polite and did an awesome job! The carpets feel nice and soft and the couches they cleaned look wonderful. I would definitely use them again. 2018...RJ rocked the upholstery cleaning again. He is always personable and does a very professional job. Basin Appliance has built an awesome reputation and they continue build on their excellence.
About a year ago we remodeled a house, we went to basin appliance to see about the new waterproof laminate they have. They worked with us and got us a great deal on the flooring, we were really happy with the price, and the flooring is beautiful! But let me tell you when they say it Is waterproof they are not lying. This weekend my husband and I came home, to a broken pipe, and our whole lower floor had flooded. But the flooring we got from them is still in perfect condition, it is really waterproof. I purchased new carpet from Basin Appliance for my home. I really wanted to upgrade from polyester to Nylon. Corey helped us pick out a reasonably priced nylon carpet and we upgraded to an 8 lb pad as well. The installer did a fantastic job! We are thrilled with our new carpet and it looks amazing! We have also purchased appliances from Basin Appliance. They stand behind their warranties and it is nice that they are a local company. I would highly recommend them! They are very professional and and great to work with!
