Everyone at Basin Appliance is awesome, but I have to give a special shout out to Aaron Wilson. Last week our dryer started screeching at us. Even though we bought it from them 6 years ago, Aaron came over after hours and fixed it. It wasn't a quick fix either, he spent a lot of time being thorough - taking it apart and replacing everything that was worn out. He's a pro. The dryer is thankfully back to normal now! Thanks Aaron - one of the hardest working people I know.
When I called they were very responsive on making an appointment. The technician was very polite, courteous professional and clean up the job after he was completed.
