Basin Appliance installed new carpet and vinyl in my home. Their service was exceptional and the home looks great. In addition, they came to my aid in a tough situation, going far beyond what was expected. I can't say enough good things about them. If you want great service from honest people, please go to Basin Appliance.
I called them to come look at my fridge because it was freezing food. They came looked for 5 minutes and said everything is fine. Charged me $60 for nothing. It clearly wasn’t fine because it still was freezing stuff. Don’t waste your $60 for diagnostic. I had Ben Jones from Appliance repair come and he told me what was wrong and then came back and fixed it.
They came out and gave us an estimate for the seamless rain gutters and Corey was very polite and respectful and explained what he was doing.
I just had to replace the entire carpet in my townhouse that I use as a rental. It was devastating and was honestly just awful. The bright side was, I stopped in Basin Appliance, Corey was quick to help! He came right over, measured, gave me great options to pick from. In less than a week, he had the devastation removed (the ruined carpet), the beautiful new carpet installed, and the guys cleaned up! The brand new carpet looks AMAZING! Great Job! Total 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
RecommendedGreat customer service and the carpet installers were great very professional and fast. They took the old carpet and also asked if we wanted to get the new vacuumed, also when needed something fix they send someone to fix that same day I really recommend them very professional and helpful.
