Great service, and great prices. Very helpful delivery guys that helped me get my washer all the way in to where it needed to go, and they were willing to help haul away the broken washer too.

Preston and RJ came and cleaned my ceramic tile in my bathroom. The grout originally was white, but after 10 years of use it was brown. I had them clean it and it looks BRAND NEW!!!!They did such an amazing job and were very kind! Wonderful young men! I will call Basin Appliance again!!

What a fantastic company!!! My husband called yesterday because our oven had stopped working and our freezer was leaking water. On the phone they were able to tell him what the problem with the freezer likely was & how to fix it. Thank you!!!
