Sadly I have to agree with very negative posters here. I’m a 68 year old who was very serious about stereo a few decades ago, and started to modernize my system recently. I’m happy with my integrated amp, turntable and disc player but wanted to get new speakers. I was finally successful after several attempts to set up an appt at Basil to evaluate some ATC speakers. The website says it’s opening, but nobody there. Went there twice but still can’t see the system demo. Talked with the owner, got very bad attitude. Not a good business person.
By their own admission too busy to earn my business. Won’t do comparative demonstrations of the equipment on display in their showroom. Refused to allow me to bring my own turntable to compare with the $30k turntable I was seriously considering buying.
These guys are the best around. Husband and wife business for those who appreciate really good audio and craftsmanship. If you have the money, and you really care about music, you need to go here. This is as good as it gets.
