I have been privileged to share pediatric patients with Donelle Ehritt starting nearly 50 years ago. Her generosity and total lack of prejudice were remarkable. She not only didn't discriminate against patients with "suboptimal" coverage, but she totally abjured the too-common focus on cash register. 50 years means I am now an old doctor, and I have hearing deficits to no surprise. Donelle Ehritt has been my audiologist since 1999, acquiring the highest tech hearing aids from her about every 4 years, because she was then, and still is, considered one of the best, if not the best, audiologist in the Santa Cruz area, well known to established ENT physicians. She has enabled me to discern difficult speech sounds, and to enjoy music sound, despite increasingly progressive serious hearing loss over the years. Highest recommendation.

Donelle is knowledgeable, extremely competent, and dedicated to seeing that her patients achieve the best hearing results capable of being attained. She is not wedded to any particular brand of aid, but is dedicated to finding the best solution for optimal hearing. She works tirelessly on getting the fitting right. On top of that, she makes the process enjoyable as a joint project for getting better hearing. I can only give her the very highest recommendation possible to give. Dennis Caspe
