So impressed! Lori addressed a group of Seniors and we were all very impressed. She is so smart, so resourceful and educated all of us re Hearing loss, and hearing health and Age, She really is a wealth of current , reliable and relevant information.. She patiently answered all our questions ( a few of were her very happy patients.)
