Update March 2026: This is my second time working with Dana and the Basil Ford team, and this experience was just as excellent as the first. Earlier last year, I purchased a Promaster work van from them. This week, I decided to go in on a whim to view a vehicle I saw on their lot. We had a great experience at this dealership! Cherie, our sales consultant, was awesome. She helped us figure out which vehicles to look at, answered all our questions, helped us figure out which car would work for us, and didnt make us feel pressured/rushed at all.
