The 1st repair was unrelated to the second issue. When she initially called to schedule an appointment for the 2nd issue the vehicle was already outside the warranty period. We offered $2000 of goodwill towards the total repair.
This business doesn't even deserve one star in dealing with basil Ford I found that they lie they fraudit me they were supposed to make repairs on a car that I just recently purchased they didn't do to repairs and they still have the car now I'm trying to work with the bank to try to get the loan retract because they don't didn't make the repairs My advice to you is to never go to baseball for the Niagara Falls on Niagara Falls boulevard to buy a car their crooks

Mr ******** advised his own warranty company NOT to pay for repairs that would have likely been covered. His vehicle had over 100,000 miles at time of purchase, and therefore was an as is purchase.
Do not buy the Blue Mercedes gla 250 they are advertising. This vehicle has many electrical and mechanical issues the sales Mgr. Ryan will lie to you and tell you its fixed. You cant miss him he has slicked back greasy hair and is balding. We test drove this vehicle on several occasions and each time there were mechanical and electrical problems and warning lights came on the dash. Rarely do we deal with people as rude, and outright mean as they were. They were more interested in fighting, and arguing then having constructive dialogue. The car has no issues that could be duplicated by multiple employees in our service and sales departments. We wish them good luck in their search for a vehicle, but are not welcome here based on how rude and nasty they were to our staff.
