Dave was wonderful. He explained everything thoroughly to me. Even though they were fully booked they let me drop my car off and the work was completed in a day! Every employee I met was very nice. Thank you for your excellent service!

I went there today 2/19/18 to look at a used Chrysler I found listed in Facebook. Hit a salesmen named Collin he was great to work with. I'd recommend him to anyone. The experience was great no pushy sales pitch found awesners to any question I had. I wouldn't hesitate to goo back for another and may be doing so soon.
today's visit at Basil Ford was eventful he did everything but finished the tire that I needed to have fixed cuz it was leaking had to bring it back in to do the work which cost me an extra 30 to 40 minutes and by the time it was finished I was late for another appointment but overall the work was done well.
Took care of everything I needed, very friendly and not condescending (even though I'm female). Even washed the vehicle. Best service I've ever received.
Basil ford originally rubbed me the wrong way, and I would have given them one star, but when they became aware of how un satisfied I was, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Particularly Shannon. My car is repaired and runs perfectly. Thank you.
