Allergy treatment is a long term commitment that you have to go consistently every week and progresses to monthly for at least 2 years. If you have a tight schedule or you work everyday I recommend that you stay away from this place. Although the closing hours are 5pm every Thursday to Tuesday or 7pm Wednesday, if you're not there at least 30 minutes before closing which is 4:30pm Thursday to Tuesday or 6:30pm on Wednesday they will not let you take the shot even if you're one minute late! Dr. Luo and his staff are wonderful and caring. They go beyond what is needed to be helpful. My dad was hospitalized and we needed to cancel his appointment. It was very easy and they asked for the reason and if we needed to reschedule. 2 days later the office called to check up on my dad and asked if we needed prescription refill in case he needed it at the hospital or anything else from them. Doesn’t follow any rules and regulations regarding copay collection . Do not come here if you don’t have Medicaid . I told the receptionist a deposit or copay shouldn’t be collected nicely after the out of pocket maximum is met . She then started shouting and aggressively snapping back .
