I have worked for Baseline approximately 1 year and have enjoyed the culture and drive this organization and its Team Member’s have.
One star as it's the lowest you can grade. I was an employee who got hurt on the job upon reporting the injury I was fired. I wouldn't do business with a business as such. I've won the first part of the battle now is the lawsuit part. Definitely do not recommend ever check their OSHA record before giving any business.
Don’t do business here. Owner graham and VP joe Soto doesn’t care about his employees at all. Wages are horrible bonus always cut and paid months late. The Equipment is used auction gens and barely fixed. Always cutting corners, here in wtx the employees can’t even speak up about concerns or we will be terminated.
