First appointment this morning. Routine annual eye exam. Staff was professional and helpful, facility was comfortable, in and out in about 2 hours. First-rate experience!
There with my son Lawrence and granddaughter niyah and had a pleasant experience with two eye sessions we were in and out of there in less than two hours plus they do great work

Amazing staff!!!! Everything was done as quickly and efficiently while working with my special needs, 11 year old nephew. Beyond impressed with their standard of care and the ophthalmologist listened intently and truly addressed every area of concern and question I had. I couldn't give enough praise and thanks!!!
Good staff and doctors.. But place seemed unorganized. My appointment was at 10:45 am didn't see the doctor until 3 pm.. Wasted my whole day waiting
Dr. Koo, and all the staff were ABSOLUTELY wonderful. My husband was treated wonderful, and they did a thorough job, from explaining, surgery etc. Claudia is very thorough, and makes you feel at ease, and very friendly. My husband Michael Callahan, is a horrible patient, but they were beyond wonderful. Thank you all
Big shout out to Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Palm Beach Gardens today for getting me in and out in 2 hours! After all the years I've been going, I know to plan on a 3-4 hour visit typically. Love my doctors, techs and staff... they do a great job given the inordinate number of patients they see.
