This place is ridiculous! I am sitting next to a man who has been here 3 hours, laughing with a bag full of food telling me that every time he comes here it is a 3-4 hour wait to see the dr. My sister and I stopped at Starbucks and stocked up for breakfast and lunch. The people are trying to convince me that these ate the best doctors in the area???? Who cares if they’re the best if they don’t return phone calls, schedule appts that they can’t keep in a timely manner - do they think that their older patient’s time is not val... read more
The doctors are top-notch and the care is great. I stayed at the Hilton DoubleTree Hotel and received a discount because of Bascom Palmer. The service at this hotel was awesome

I was very pleased with my eye exam. the staff was very courteous and helpful, I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
This was an amazing experience. The staff from entry level through nursing and anesthesia along with phenomenal caring physicians were wonderful. Highly recommend the care and treatment here. After care was excellent also
The employees treat you good take time, that's why it took us 5 hours those kind of test a lot of test before they will do the surgery..And will see what goona happened the surgery of my husband on July 5, 2018! Very good facility.
The staff is very professional and friendly. You couldn't asked for a better team of specialists. Claudia was fantastic and made you feel like family, Ellen Koo, M.D. was extremely informative and her attention to detail impeccable. I highly recommend them.
