Thr only suggestion I have is to have gloves made available from something other than latex for those of us who are sensitive.
Everyone is professional & courteous from the minute you enter the building. I’ve been coming to this institute for 8 years to see Dr Lam, who travels once a month to this facility( from his Miami office) to see his patients. Even though I don’t like the procedure, I’m at ease knowing I’m at the best eye institute & see the best eye physician in South Florida! FYI- faculty tends to be cool temperature wise, so dress warmly, but the free coffee, cappuccino, hot cocoa machine warms you up!
