I bought my car from Bartrams almost a year ago. Jacob went above and beyond then to make the process as easy as possible. They made sure to cover what things my vehicle would need while under warranty. Even now that my vehicle isn’t covered under their warranty, Jacob has gone above what I’ve expected of him to help cover repairs or parts that they are no longer required to cover. The hospitality and fabulous customer service Jacob has shown has been amazing.
By far the best used car dealership in Mansfield I've ever been to. Sales reps are very helpful and go above and beyond to help get you in a car/truck the same day they also have a good selection to choose from!!
