No help with missing order from the begin of December. Oh they gave me a tracking number. And so good luck with that. I guess they don’t care. They charged my credit card and will not refund my $$$. I was told to file a claim with my credit card company. I order online a lot but this is a first that they they wont even help. 😡🤯

We’ve never worked with someone who really cared about what we wanted and worked so hard to help us find something that would fit our needs. Bartow Ford treats you like a person not a dollar sign recently bought a 2020 Escape the whole experience was smooth an easy Ben Farmer is the best then he handed us to the finance department where again we were treated as people not dollar signs. They walked us through all our options and then set us up with the best for our budget. Truly the best experience and dealership!
