Headed back to Michigan and stopped in to Bartow Ford Quick Lane to have my front brakes “metallic noise” checked out. I was meet at 0700 by Stephanie, with a very upbeat and genuine “Good Morning “. She was very pleasant and welcoming. After checking in, I grabbed a breakfast sandwich and a hot coffee. The service department was awful. They were slow, dismissive, uncaring and did not give a loner off their huge lot. This was the week after my husband bought 3 trucks from them for his business.
Today I went in with just questions and left with a brand new car. Chris was amazing at helping me and getting me the best deal. He worked with me and even helped me connect my iPhone to the car for Bluetooth. The experience wasn’t rushed and was easy. I’m so glad I picked to go here. Not only was Chris amazing but Izzy too.
