RecommendedBartow Ford is simply the best when it comes to service! I brought my Coyote 5.0l V8 to them when I was having engine troubles at 77k miles, and since I had my maintenance done there since new they had a new engine installed for me within a few days time! THANKS AGAIN BARTOW FORD!

We moved to the area a few years ago & needed a new car after 13 years. I told my husband at one point this was the easiest car buy in our almost 40 years of marriage. Bartow Ford is the best! So glad I bought a Super Duty from them so I got the 100k powertrain warranty! Thankfully when the engine blew at 77k miles, I opened up my owners manual and found out I was good to 100k. Brought it to them, they asked for service records, and I was out the door the next day! Talk about great service!
Excellent dealer. I had an F150 with 77k miles and the engine blew up. They requested maintenance records which I promptly provided. Ford warrantied the failed engine with no problem. Thanks Bartow!

Since Bartow Ford has relentlessly harassed me to write a review here goes. To be fair I MAY have a bias that an engine should last more than 77,00 miles. Secondly, I expected with a full warranty covered to 100,000 miles an engine failure would be quickly rectified; but perhaps I misunderstood the terms trust, integrity, and honesty.
