Best dealership in Polk county! We worked with Shane K. and he made the car-buying experience perfect! Unlike other dealerships where the sales people are pushy and try to make you fall in love with a vehicle before telling you the price, Shane was up front and told us the price of every vehicle we wanted to look at. I appreciate the laid back experience and not feeling like I had to make a decision that same day.

My wife and I recently purchased a new truck from Chris Stricker at Bartow Ford. Chris is the definition of Professional. He knows his products and is not a pushy salesman. He let us explain to him our wants and then he took his time showing us options. His customer service is tremendous.The finance lady and Lolly Harrison were both excellent as well. Probably worst buying experience i have ever had in my 45 years. Trying to buy 85k truck. Be treated like my purchase is not important at all. Have had to repeated call to get info about the sale. And no communication about progress. I had to call again. After over 8 hrs of waiting i have to call again to get info. The after supposedly get everything done and finish i am told done.
