I was at Bartow Ford on 8-31-19 I was trying to buy a dash cover for my 2016 Ford Edge and the lady behind the service desk didn't know what a dash cover was then she told me I will check on it Tuesday and let you know something well it Wednesday nothing yet and I was thinking about buying a new truck from Bartow Ford I don't think so if they can't get me a simple dash cover then they don't deserve my business

I have to give a huge shout out to Kevin Hanchey at Bartow Ford! We purchase our fleet vehicles for Main Gate through them and he makes it a BREEZE for me to purchase new vans. Thankful he takes the time to search multiple states and dealers to find the exact vehicle I need, gets me competitive pricing, and makes the purchase process so easy!

Very dishonest! They will lie in your face.
Charged my 18yr old $3000 over book and left him with a loan that would make him pay around 3x the cars value. Then, unfortunately the car was totaled and we found out the required gap insurance wasn't on the loan leaving him (and us) in a huge hole trying to get another car and pay off the old one. Not easy when he is in school.
Best car buying experience ever! CJ & Buddy made sure I got nothing but the best price and customer service! I will never go anywhere else!
Try not ripping people off. And get a service department that knows what they are doing
