My experience was great! Diana Franceschi took really good care of the whole process and found exactly the mustang I was looking for. We purchased a 2018 Ford Escape SEL from Bartow Ford. Rodney, our salesman, was very helpful and friendly. He didn't force us to make a choice when we couldn't decide on which SUV crossover we wanted. He helped us with getting the best trade in value for my fusion.
