Finally got some wheels. It has been over 2 weeks since I had a vehicle. Thanks to brother Rodney at Bartow Ford for helping me find the right one. This must be for older folks cause if I drift toward another lane it steers me back and if I forget to slow down it will brake for me. I had a wonderful experience with Melissa Jones, R.J. And Dean. They got me into the Expedition El XLT Sport Utility and it drives like a superb vehicle. They did so much to make the possible and I thank you all very much.
I was referred to Chad Parkins and Jared Drake in assisting me with my first purchase of a vehicle. As an 18 year old and a first time buyer I realize that there would be challenges. However, Chad Parkins and Jared made my dreams come true. Not only am I a car owner but, I’m extremely happy with the customer service of both men and appreciate eveything Chad did to help me out along with the way Jared followed up with me the next day after my purchase to be sure I was a satisfied customer.
I brought my car in because I got a dash light stating “Low Brake Fluid”. So I brought it in to get new front brakes. These con artists gave me an estimate of $1,593.87 (pads, rotors, master cylinder and brake booster). Total BS! I brought it to an HONEST repair shop who only charged me for what I needed which was new front brakes like I thought and they charged me $150! I will never go to Bartow Ford again!
