Went to get an oil change and the wrong oil was put in my truck! Took the truck back in to have it looked because it was making a loud ticking noise and was told that it was a "normal" sound for a diesel after an oil change. This isn't my first diesel truck nor is it my first oil change on the truck so I knew it wasn't normal as I was being told! I have been taking my car to be serviced here for the past 5 years, this June I purchased a used Focus. I have had some teething troubles with the Focus but the after sales and the service/quick Lane staff have been fantastic in fixing all my problems. I would thoroughly recommend Bartow Ford.
