I'm a little upset. Went to pick up my new glasses... waited a long time till they finally saw me just before they closed, then got rushed a bit... now got home to find the nose piece was adjusted crooked. They are now closed and closed tomorrow also so have to wait till Saturday. Very upset... should not have let myself get rushed. Otherwise I really like this place... I'm sure they will take care of me.
My family (including my 7 and 8 year old) have been going to Bartlett Vision for years and they have been so helpful, attentive, patient and professional. They treat each person individually and take the time to meet each person's needs. You guys are wonderful!
