Bartlett Tree has been taking care of my cherished old live oaks for many years. Tony, Noel and Enrico gave all my trees an expert trimming, and even hung my tire swing for me! Over & beyond great service.
We have used Bartlett for years. They do our preventative treatments, tree trimming and maintenance, and removal when necessary. I have noticed a significant improvement in our magnolia trees since Bartlett took over. They are good about removing dead or damaged limbs before they fall and do damage. I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone at Bartlett (office, rep, crews).
We have had Bartlett come out for our tree management for a number of years. This year, their representative, JP, quoted a very high price - about $3200, and included things we did not ask for, or were not needed, per their own appraisal. I sent two emails to JP asking if some services were really needed (they were not, per his appraisal but were included in the proposal/estimate). Got no reply. Then I called their office and the lady there said she would talk to JP to reply to my emails. Still no reply. I have sent one more... read more
Called to ask them to give me an estimate on tree work & was told sorry, not taking customers in my zip code.
WORST TREE SERVICE COMPANY EVER !!!! I scheduled Bartlett to trim 3 oak trees. Before starting, I specifically asked them NOT to butcher my trees! Additionally, the supervisor pointed out 1 spot on one of the trees and told them to leave it alone. Then the supervisor disappeared. After being told twice, one of the men made a bee line straight to the tree and cut exactly where the supervisor and myself told him NOT to cut !!! I am still wondering if the man was drunk. As a result, he left a HUGE bare spot in one of the trees.... read more
