All of the staff is very friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this office to all my friends and relatives.
I really enjoyed my visit here, particularly the friendly staff and how thorough and knowledgable the dental hygenist who did my cleaning was! The only negative was the pressure I felt to get my mouth numbed for a small dental filling (I prefer to not have nocovaine if at all possible). Otherwise, the service and quality of work done was excellent!
Everyone always makes me feel welcomed and the staff are very friendly. It makes coming to BDA an enjoyable and pleasant experience ")

Bartlett Dental Associates are always professional,friendly and respectful of your dental needs. They make suggestions when needed to help you, but don't talk down to you.
It was good, but I don't understand that when I get my statement from Metlife that I've always paid too much, is there not a way to see how much the procedure is going to cost and just pay that?

This was my very 1st visit to Bartlett Dental. The ladies at the front desk didn't really make me feel too welcome. They weren't nice and they weren't mean... they were just average. I don't recall either one of them smiling at me or asking me how I was doing or anything of the sort. The dental assistant Stacy (I think that was her name) was a different story.
