we are new to Bartlett Dental Associates- my daughter had a dental emergency, I called & they were able to get her in right away and were very affordable. Everyone was so nice from the time I called until when we walked in the door & all the way up until our apt was done. They made us feel very comfortable. I had an emergency situation and was able to get an appointment the day I called, how great was that especially since they had never seen me before. I am horrified of the dentist and they made me feel at ease and comfortable. I was so pleased and thankful that Dr. Gano and her staff took such good care of me. I have found my new dentist. Thank you to everyone for making me feel like I wasn't the "new" patient. I give 5 stars for sure.

Everyone I have had experience with at BDA has been wonderful!! It is such a warm and friendly atmosphere. In all the years I have been a patient there, I have NEVER had anything but a great experience. I am always well informed of how my teeth are doing. When I moved 45 minutes from Bartlett, I still wanted to make the drive to continue going there. My wife has since starting going there and she loves it as much as I do. Thank you BDA for being a great dental practice!!
From the time I walked in to the time my service was completed. The service and the staff was excellent. Everything was so detailed in explaining to me. Would recommend all dental patients to the dental facility.
The visit here was nice, I was seen in a timely manner and the staff was very helpful and attentive to my concerns.
5 Star... All the way. My appointment got twist around. However, accommodations were made. The lady that cleaned my teeth was Execellent. Sorry, I do not have her name. The office provided high tech technology. I received the cancer treatment screening which was a relief to me. Hats off for job well done...
I had 3 fillings performed during my service. Before I came in to the office, Tonya explained all my payment options and explained what my insurance would cover before hand, so I knew how much I would need to pay. While there, Dr. Caldwell and the dental assistant ensured that I understood the procedure and that I was as comfortable as possible. This included being pain-free! Thank you for a great experience!
