This is a long overdue comment. Dr. Baker and the staff were very sensitive when our oldest German Shepherd, Pike, had to go on to another journey. He was right on target after my other GS had been to an emergency clinic over the weekend, where they told me she needed surgery. Dr. Baker was patient and noticed she was getting stronger and recommended we wait, and he was right. I would like to thank the hospital staff for the wonderful treatment on my daughters pit bull Mikey. You guys are so caring doing extra for Mikey when he had surgery. You guys are great.
We have been going to Bartlett Animal Hospital since 1998. Dr. Baker is our favorite veterinarian ever. The kindest, most patient and most caring vet we have ever encountered. He explains everything, and treats your pet like his own. Dr. Nelson is wonderful, also. Highly recommended.
Dr Baker is great. My dog was sick and my husband was out of town. He offered to come to my house to pick him up so we can do an X-ray. It turned out my boxer got better on his own. Dr B.
