Chaera is amazing. She was able to list and sell our house all within 90 days. Had several open houses and multiple people interested. She is a good negotiator and knows her stuff. Don't get any one else she WILL sell your house. On the flip side we also needed a new house and she was able to help in the search for the new house of my wife's dreams. Chaera is an exceptional realtor. During our inspection process, there was some structural damage found on the house I was selling. She met with contractors, negotiated our deal with the contractor, and closed the house on time. She also negotiated the deal to build our new house. I have heard horror stories about building a house, but Chaera recommended an amazing builder and I have enjoyed every part of this journey! She has always fielded my numerous calls and has gone above and beyond her realtor duties!
I had absolutely no clue about the home buying process and contacted Chaera, she put me in contact with the right people to help with the loan process and found us a home we love all within 3 months of when I first contacted her! She is awesome!
She was great to work with! She over came any obstacle and helped sell our house for what we wanted and then helped us buy our house for what we wanted! Great person!
