He is a doctor that truly works for each and every patient, not for the insurance companies. He gives you all the attention and time that you need. He appears very current on his knowledge base about everything that both my wife and I have discussed about our healthcare. We are very glad we found him.
Dr. Barrett goes above and beyond the standard to provide excellent personalized patient care. He came into the office on a Sunday afternoon to stitch up my cut fingers. I will be recommending him with the highest confidence at every opportunity.
My Doctor retired. Now what? After 20 years of care, I am alone in this maze. As I was driving down Beach Blvd. I saw a little house with a sign that read "Bart Barrett M.D. - Family Practice." I made an appointment, saw Dr Barrett, met his staff, and was pleasantly surprised. Dr Barrett and his staff made the transition simple, comfortable and very assuring that I had chosen the right Doctor to provide me care in the future..
Dr. Barrett is straight forward. He explains things well and very personable and great to talk to.
I’ve never met a doctor who’s willing to spend as much time as needed with his patients. And he’s always very accommodating with his appointments and does not make you wait long even if he’s squeezed you into a same day appointment. He was offering telehealth before telehealth was even a thing for those quick visits so that he can devote more time to patients who really need to see him in person. Cannot be happier with any other doctor.
Great doctor! Great office staff! Great PA! Dr. Barrett is the last of a dying breed, a family doctor with a standalone practice. I feel comfortable with my life in his hands!
I feel safe, I feel heard and I feel supported by, and with, Dr Barrett and his staff. I have received meaningful and valuable interaction regarding the health of my whole self. It is a rare and needed human synergy in society's current modality.
Dr. Barret is a great doctor in as much as he actually listens to you and explains what he is recommending to you and why. The real shining gem is his staff. While most doctor's offices have a host of people unable or unwilling to help and interminable hold times, at Dr. Barrett's office you get to speak to a knowledgeable person willing to help. This is so rare these days as to be unique.
