I believe patients and physicians need to be partners. My job is to educate you on your condition and your choices, and to help you become an active participant in your care. The better you understand what's happening to your body, the better prepared you are to take care of yourself. Ultimately, my goal is to allow you to continue to live and be active as long as possible either by avoiding heart problems, or by managing problems that occur.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rayburn for quite a few years. He looks over your whole condition and explains in terms you can understand. Most of my family now sees Dr. Rayburn. I would highly recommend him to anyone
Dr. Rayburn has treated my acute combined heart failure/cardiomyopathy due to viral infection (result of covid) for a little over a year. My 1st cardiologist gave me little to no hope of my heart recovering. Now my heart is re-remodeling. I have been given my life back. I thank God for allowing me to find Dr. Rayburn. He is extremely personable, understanding and top tier in the world of invasive cardiology.
I was Dr Rayburn’s patient for 4 years. I found him extremely “rude and arrogant!” He doesn’t like to be questioned at all. He assumes his patients are ignorant. He actually walked out on me while I was asking him questions. If you are looking for a cardiologist with compassion, and who answers your questions, you need to look elsewhere. I felt I was talking to a robot!! He is very clinical and lacks the ability to communicate! I will not return to his practice. He lacks humility!

My mom saw Dr Rayburn once he immediately diagnosed her with a heart murmur and he performed an angiogram on mom and has found she has a 97% blockage in her aortic valve and he recommended d surgeon for her to see she has an appointment on June 30th
Dr. Rayburn is the Best! My husband started seeing him years ago and I was so impressed when I needed a cardiologist, I wouldn't have went anywhere else. He truly cares for his patients and takes the time to explain when others seem to always rush!
I have been with Dr. Rayburn for 20 years. He genuinely cares about me and makes me feel like I am his only patient. My husband became his patient a few years ago and feels the same about him as I do. When I first started seeing him, my heart function was so low that I also had to go through the Heart Transplant testing. I was put on the heart transplant list. Dr. Rayburn was a gift from God when my mom got sick. Very caring and compassionate. He’s also a man the believes in God!! He Prayed with us as he treated my Mom!! He has a very genuine Heart and Love for his patients he doesn’t treat you like a number!! Dr. Rayburn is God Sent!! Thank you for all that you do!! You gave us hope during a devastating time.
