From the moment I called for an appointment the professionalism from Dr Henry’s team was incredible and just eager and willing to assist. They were able schedule an appointment and got me in the office within days. I went to see Dr Henry for Carpal Tunnel Release Surgery. They were able to set up a nerve study and got results in less than a week. The staff were all so helpful making sure insurance verifications and authorizations were done rather quick. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Henry and his staff. I experienced multiple injuries before the age of 18; each time he and his staff showed true compassion working to heal my injuries physically and providing emotional support with a few laughs in between. I have been a patient of Dr Henry since he came to Lafayette. He has done 5 surgeries on me with repair of torn meniscus being the latest surgery. The first 3 weeks I was doing great and then hit a brick wall due to my age, arthritis and a long nursing career standing for decades. When this happened I was seen the same morning I called.
