Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. He is willing to do the work you ask, and not try to sell you other services.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were friendly, polite, and made me feel right at home, which is so refreshing. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
