Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was this provider's office too cold? They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? No, I had to pay for parking! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes!
