I took my sons swatch in to have links added and they changed the battery free of charge. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating and highly recommend them for any of your needs.

The gentleman who helped me, Joshua, was incredible. Soft sale, no pressure, zoned in with perfect advice and options. I did not plan to make my purchase the same day, but, suddenly, I did not want to go anywhere else! Perfect in every way! And you should see my new ring. I could barely drive home safely! Nice experience.
My husband bought my engagement ring here in 2007. Then we had the ring and two other pieces of jewelry appraised here with a promise to forward the appraisals to my insurance company for separate riders. A store clerk or appraiser failed to fw paperwork to my insurance Co for a Tanzanite gold pendant that had been appraised. When the piece was lost, it was not covered by insurance due to Barringtons failure to send appraisal, as promised.
