The apartments are a good value for your money so long as you never have a maintenance request. If you do, be prepared to wait upwards of a week or two for any response from the complex and then when they finally do come out, the issue is never truly resolved properly. I've been here two years and both summers we have had one month long and two week long spurts without air conditioning. The maintenance here is terrible... when there is staff even available. Nothing ever gets fixed but something is always broke! the rent and miscellaneous fees are ridiculously high! The parking is a joke, which works for this complex because they have a Nazis towing company on hand to remove your vehicle in the middle of the day for parking over the line!
