RecommendedI have been living here since 2019 I love this community. New staff as far as the Property manager Jenna, she is NEW and amazing as well as the leasing agent Tiffany. Chris and his assistant and the most responsive maintenance team I have ever seen in any apartments. Barrington Estates is where you would call home. The neighborhood is safe and there is a patrol officer that lives here and patrols the neighborhood every day. The neighbors are extremely friendly and we all look out for each other. Management sucks they want you to move out so they can renovate but already gave me a renewal letter that they are saying is null and void. You want me to move into a new unit but you’re going to run my credit again but but but tell me that my deposit will be $100 for the new unit sounds good.😒 #theghetto
Horrible place, maintenance & office staff!
So far so good. I just moved in this past Oct. Office staff was nice,so i have no issue's with them. When i first moved in,it was only minor issues that the maintenance men took care off within a couple of days,(which is only 2,that I've seen).. My neighbors, aww man,they are awesome. When they saw me,they didn't ignore me,they gave my family and i warm greetings. This is the worst place ever to rent from. I worked in maintenance and I can tell the standards of quality and integrity have dropped way low from dangerous electric outlets old inefficient ac equipment old outdated breaker panels and so on. You would think paying so much for rent you should have top of the line appliances, but this place is a total disgrace and the people who call themselves management should choose a new profession. Sign a lease with those crooks if you want to but get ready for a major disappointment.
