Dr. Woods immediately saw the pain I was in and took action. He displayed the absolute best bedside manner during my entire medical experience with him. Very down to earth and tentative to my every need. I would recommend family, friends, and total strangers to him for care.

I would recommend Dr. Barrett Woods to all of my family & friends simply because he is one of THE BEST SPINAL SURGENT I ever met. He is TRULY A GREAT DOCTOR & GENTLEMAN & FRIEND. Which is one of the GREATEST COMMONATION YOU WOULD FIND BETWEEN A PATIENT & A DOCTOR....SIMPLY GREAT ALL AROUND..

Surgery in general is a frightening experience, but especially when it involves your spine. Dr. Woods diagnosed my problem and offered a solution at my first visit. I was very scared, but am now very happy that I allowed him to operate on me and solve my problem. I trusted him, he delivered, and he has an outstanding bedside manner. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of spinal care.

Dr. Woods treats me like a person not just a patient. He is very caring and concerned. I had a serious and complex condition. With Dr. Woods help and skills, I am recovering. It has not been easy for me. I was able to contact Dr. Woods when I needed prescriptions immediately. He recognized all of the hard work I had accomplished in therapy and sincerely complimented me on my efforts. I sincerely thank him for his work as well.

Dr Woods has been reassuring since the very first visit. He was at my bedside after the surgery to let me know everything had gone as expected. If I need him all I have to do is call or email him and he reply's in a speedy manner. I have so problems after the surgery and he was patient and reassuring that all would work out. His bedside manner is excellent and I would recommend him to all my friends.

I was able to make an appt. easily and did not have to wait weeks to see the doctor. The Rothman Institute runs like a well-oiled machine. Dr. Woods was professional, to the point and very down to earth. He presented me with my options, choosing the least invasive path first with a spinal injection and physical therapy. Both, I am happy to say worked just fine. My follow-up visit with Dr. Woods went smooth, just as the first visit did, at which time he was able to release from his care.

I was having a problem with my neck for a year. I saw Dr. Woods and he was very clear on my options and the risk vs reward of each. I had to have a procedure done. A discectomy and anterior fusion of my C6-C7. The procedure was done at Atlanticare in Pomona. Dr. Woods and his staff took excellent care of me. The procedure was successful and I felt immediate relief. Everything was just as Dr Woods said it would be. So grateful to him and the care he took!

By the time I went to Dr. Woods, I was in terrible pain in my back. I was going to a pain management doctor but he never ordered x-rays or an MRI and nothing he did was working. I went to Dr. Woods and I liked him from the time he walked into the room. When we met, he went over all my tests and discussed in detail how he could fix it. I just went to my first visit after my operation and everything is on track for a full recovery. Thank god for sending me to Dr. Woods and Rothman.

Dr. Woods is very professional and personable. He spent a great deal of time with me during my consultation. I was very nervous going into surgery and his team was top notch. I don't have one negative response from first visit to after surgery consult.
