Great from the moment I walked into his office! Dr. Woods took a lot of time explaining to me everything about my injury and how he would fix it. Surgery was quick, easy and I am now pain free!
Dr Woods was the rudest doctor I have ever encountered. His assistant lead my husband and I to believe that the team could help me and showed us all the reasons why i need the help. Within minutes, Dr Woods walked and told me my pain was all due to stress and muscle tension. He then made smart comments about my tan, my weight and how he would love to operate if he thought it was appropriate. Very arrogant. Truth be told, he didn't want to take my insurance after claiming he did. $$ hungry.

Dr. Woods and his staff are very knowledgeable and informative. This was my first surgery and I was nervous about things not working out. I feel I'm about at 90% before my injury but mine was on the extreme side with two herniated disk and compressed nerve. After surgery Dr. Woods informed me the herniation was starting to adhere to the nerve. So if you are thinking of a doctor Dr. Woods is a great choose. And if you have any numbness in your leg/foot I suggest you go to any doctor don't wait
Dr. Woods immediately understood the severity of my problem and explained the pro's and con's of the 2 options of treatment. For my case surgery was the best option, he was able to schedule my surgery in the next week and due to that my worst symptoms of my problem were fixed immediately. The strength is coming back slowly, but it is coming back. He makes certain that his patients can reach him for any questions they think of after they leave the office.
After many months of doctors and physical therapy, we were referred to Dr. Woods by another Rothman doctor. Dr. Woods was very understanding to my daughters issue. He explained the benefits and challenges of surgery to us and was very direct to help Morgan make the decision to have surgery easy. He even supplied me with his cell phone number and responded when I reached out to him. After surgery, his follow up and understanding as well as getting to know my daughter couldn't have been better
I highly recommend Doctor Woods . He is easy to talk to and listens to your needs . He worked with me to come up with a solution. Then he made the process quick and comfortable.
He is such a personable Doctor. He took the time to show me the procedure of my surgery. He was available 24/7 when I had questions. My family loved how he took the time to explain what he did during my surgery and answered all their questions. What a GREAT guy!!!!
I cannot say enough regarding Dr. Woods. He made sure I understood the procedure I would receive and was very caring. I am doing great and have been since the very moment after surgery.
