I am beyond disbelief in the service I received while getting my truck repaired today not to mention the lack of knowledge and total disrespect.. Most HORRIBLE service I've EVER received. I purchased a new 200 from them less than a year ago. When it broke down last week, they told me that not only will they not give me a loaner, but that I had to pay to have it towed in. During the 5 days they had my car, they repeatedly lied to me, and never returned my calls. They finally finished my car today after I called in to the GM, just to find out it was a bad battery.
