Talked to Brandon about a Jeep that I wanted to get and he was on it; however, at the 11th hour I saw another vehicle that I loved and asked him to switch to that. He couldn’t have been more accommodating - got the vehicle from North Carolina for me to make things happen. Definitely an easy and great experience!
Without a doubt the worst Jeep Dodge Chrysler Dealership located in Berlin Maryland. Had a deal worked out after 2 visits and several phone calls from Baltimore. Got a verbal agreement, was told they didn't take credit card deposits over the phone, this was on a Tuesday. This is one of the worse car dealerships And sales managers Brandon Betts, my husbandand I have ever dealt with.My husband had a verbal agreement to purchase a new Jeep wrangler Sahara in Bikini Color with the one touch roof. Yesterday while at the beach I lost my only car key, three hours from home. This company took what was a really stressful experience and made it not so bad. They were kind and compassionate (even when I started crying on the phone lol). They definitely have my business if I'm in the area again.
