I was in the showroom about six months ago on one of those free drawing/key gimics they run. I looked at a used Jeep Wrangler. Salesman proceeded to insult me and my car. Stated my good running 2004 Toyota Camry was a ladies car. Not the way to sell cars by insulting your customer or degrading his current ride. Left the showroom and never went back. Evidently poor sales team and or management.
Service department are pirates! Charged me $350 for an oil change and a gas cap! They just lost my business and future sales.
RecommendedIf you need a car go see Bryant Sterling!!! He is great got me out of a brand new truck that I just didn’t love and into something that I love!!! Him and all the staff made it a great experience all around. Highly recommend Bryant for anything you need!!!
ig Burton could improve by hiring knowledgeable sales people and getting a better service department. Go elsewhere for your dodge needs, whether it be sales or service.
Specifically, the Service Department for me was great. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, eager to please. So different from previous occupants.
I called IG BURTON Berlin(down the road from my job) to schedule an appt for my Wrangler's Safety Recall V01. I was told by the Service Manager, "We don't have the part, check back with us!" So I call PRESTON JEEP Millsboro(close to home) to schedule it. Service Dept tells me, "Sure, we'll order the part for you. It will arrive in 3days and it will take 1/2 a day. Can you bring your Jeep on Monday?" ABSOLUTELY! Thank You AGAIN, IG Burton, for proving that PRESTON JEEP MILLSBORO is where I we should ALWAYS take Our Jeeps!!!
Bryant and the staff were very helpful and very informative and nice... I had an awesome experience with them and definitely recommend them to everyone in need of a car/truck/suv

I brought my 2013 chevy equinox at the Seaford store but live in Berlin I call to set a oil change for the last two days and no-one answered or return my calls after leaving several voicemails with Ginger!
