Highly unprofessional in their customer service and handling of conflict. Manager is a compulsive liar, has a major inferiority complex and has no respect for others. Updating my recommendation - still an awful place. Wishing the Westwood neighborhood council would target them for closure instead of Sepi’s
The management is run by a bunch of toddlers with attitude problems and a serious power trip. Also, my burger is disgustingly dry. Things have really changed for the worse since I first started coming
