Ever since Dr. Russum left, things are changing. Not the caring animal facility it used to be. Money first!! Not the pet. I do not like the new policy of charging a $60.00 deposit to make an appointment. I was told it is for the good of the animals and because so many people are missing their appointments. Then charge the person missing the appointment, don't penalize everyone else. I've been going their for 30 years and never once missed an appointment. Rude receptionist!! Amazing as always! Dr. Veltri took great care of Ed. The tech were really good with him trimming his toenails. He is not very cooperative!

I love Dr. Barney. Brought my English bulldog Red here a couple months ago. He had eye surgery and Palate surgery. Dr. Barney was awesome, very kind and I felt he really new what he was talking about in regards to the Bulldog breed. I only wish I had come here much sooner. Wish they were closer as I'm in San Mateo
I so glad I brought my English Bulldog... coming from the San Leandro is worth the trip. My only regret I should have brought him here sooner.
My dog needed a surgery I couldn't afford. I was referred to Dr. Barney by a friend. He not only provided a quote that was a quarter the cost, but also squeezed us in within a couple weeks. He is an amazing man! Thank you Dr. Barney, you'll never know what this meant to us.
