I walked into their office today with our dog, Boomer, for the first time after having awful follow up care by another veterinary facility. I am so happy I did! Everyone I met today treated me like family. They didn't mind that I came in to check on him and even invited me to take him for a walk in their "backyard". I never felt like I was an intrusion or bother and I was even able to see where Boomer was going to be staying for the night.
