Worst customer service I have ever experienced called inquire about my order I had placed with them and lost reception tried to call back multiple times and have literally been hung up on each time!
so far very unhappy with barnett I placed a order on 5/6/20 yes I know its the weekend but never got no order confirmation or a tracking number so I called them today to explain and lady that answered the phone was like we are not setup to do any of that ....how hard can it possibly be to send someone a email saying hey thanks for your order we recieved it and will be Shipping out soon and send a tracking number ......i sure hope my clutch kit is better then their customer service is....
Barnett has been around forever, and their cables last just as long. Clutch, throttle, and brake, I've used them since 1962 and have yet to see one break.
Our shop was refused a dealers app with this company, They stated that we didnt have any references with motorcycle suppliers. Our main place that we work with is Revolution Performance. Which are very good by the way. Had some cams done thru them with no problem But apparently Barnett wants to hang up on people cause they didnt realize that there are other companies out there that do deal with motorcycle parts besides them.
Good product and service.
Been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I run scorpions in my road glide and cross country now but all my rockets had there clutch packs. Had one problem and they corrected without a blink of a eye. Big thanks to Chance for all the help and excellent communication. If it ain’t OEM I’m rockin with dem. #Team Barnett
